Challenges are a great way to kickstart your training program. From 7 day to 22-week challenges, to custom designed training programs, there is something to help you get results right here. Can't find a challenge that interests you? Book a consultation with me to discuss your training requirements. Fully customized training is available, so whether you are just starting on your fitness journey or looking to go next level in sport performance, I can help you design your program and then support you with tools (like my custom training app) that will keep you on track and getting results.

How it works with Diamond Athletic

  1. Review challenges, select one and "buy now" or book a time with me to discuss your training options.

  2. Put in your details to pay for the challenge you want to accept

  3. Once paid you will receive a link to download the training app (remember to check your junk folder)

  4. Follow the instructions in the email to download the app and set up your training account

  5. Complete the onboarding forms and watch the introduction video

  6. Your programs will be set up in your app dashboard for you to start and follow

  7. Check the calendar app daily for each day's workout, tasks and messages from me
